Justin spent the first part of his career as a civil and structural engineer, calculating loads, specifying foundations and reviewing how buildings behave on Colorado's expansive soils. In 2019 he left the office for the crawlspace and has inspected homes across the Denver metro full time since.

An infrared camera shows temperature differences the eye cannot: moisture behind drywall, missing insulation, overheating breakers, air leaks around windows. Many inspectors sell this as an add-on. Justin treats it as part of the job.
