These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by A+ Home Inspections, LLC.

The site is information, not a contract

Submitting the request form starts a conversation; it does not book an inspection. An inspection is scheduled once Justin confirms a time with you by phone or text, and the inspection itself is governed by the written inspection agreement you sign before work begins.

Scope of an inspection

Inspections are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the readily accessible systems and components of a building on the day of the inspection. It is not a warranty, a guarantee of future performance, a code-compliance inspection, or an engineering report.

Where a condition calls for a licensed specialist — a structural engineer, a mitigation contractor, an electrician — the report says so and recommends that referral.

Content on this site

Housing figures, era ranges and local observations on city pages are general background compiled from public records and field experience. They describe an area, not a specific house, and should not be relied on as a statement about any individual property. Cited sources are named on the page.

Guarantees

The InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee and the $25,000 Honor Guarantee are offered and honored by InterNACHI, not by A+ Home Inspections, LLC. Their terms, limits and claim procedures are set by InterNACHI.
