This site is operated by A+ Home Inspections, LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the inspection request form we collect the name, phone number, email address and property details you enter, along with your preferred timing and how you heard about us. We use that information to contact you about the inspection and to perform it.

We also record anonymous interaction events, such as a tap on the phone number or the online booking button, together with the page it happened on, the time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use this to understand which pages help buyers reach us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not take payment through this site, so we never handle card details.

Service providers

Your request is delivered by email and stored so we can service the appointment. Online booking is handled by HomeGauge ScheduleNow, which operates under its own privacy policy. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data is processed by Google Analytics.

Retention

Inspection requests are kept as long as needed for the inspection, the report and our records. Interaction events are kept in aggregate.
